What are the brewing steps to make this tea?
To make both Pure and Lemon Green Tea you have to follow these Brewing Steps:
- Heat water to just below boiling (160-180°F)
- Add one teaspoon (2g) of tea per cup
- Let it steep for 3-4 minutes
- Strain and serve

What is the caffeine percentage of this tea?
Our Pure Green Tea has an average level of caffeine of 35-40mg in an 8-ounce serving making it a mild stimulant as compared to coffee or black tea. It is noteworthy that ordinary coffee with added sugar and cream contains 95mg caffeine in one cup of 8 ounces. Besides, Chai Lattes and Chai Premixes contain caffeine, where 8-ounce serving contains 90 to 95mg. Coming to the caffeine in Lemon Green Tea, note that the inclusion of lemongrass does not change the caffeine content and so both pure and lemon green tea contains equivalent caffeine i.e. 35-40mg.
